Information about Escuela Municipal de Flamenco Reina Sofía

Escuela Municipal de Flamenco "Reina Sofía" is Granada City Council's public school, in the north of the city. It teaches all three disciplines —dance, singing and guitar— as well as cajón, to students of all ages: from four-year-old children to seventy-year-old adults.

The course runs from September to June and closes with a gala at the Teatro Municipal Isabel la Católica. Singing has two levels in small groups, and entry is through an audition at the start of the course, which assesses each applicant's vocal qualities.

How we check our data

The details on this page come from the school's website and public sources, checked on the date shown at the foot of the page. We don't publish prices: they change with the course, the hours and the group, and the right one is the one the school gives you when you ask. If you're the school and want to correct or add something, write to us.
