What data we process and why. What you write in a school page's form (name, email, phone if you give it, discipline and message), for a single purpose: getting your request for information to the school you've chosen so it can reply to you; and, if you're a school or a teacher, the details from the listing form, to assess whether to include you in the directory. We also log the date and the school for each request so we know how many we've sent to each one.

Legal basis. Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hola@toniguerra.com.

Recipients. The school you address the request to, which becomes responsible for what it does with it under its own policy. Our hosting provider processes the data on our behalf, on servers in the European Union. We don't share data with anyone else or use it for advertising.

Retention. Twelve months from the request, so we can deal with any queries about it; after that it's deleted.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to hola@toniguerra.com. If you think we haven't dealt with them properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
