Information about Escuela Joaquín Herrera

Escuela Joaquín Herrera, in the Nou Barris district, was founded by guitarist Joaquín Herrera, born in Cádiz with more than 40 years of experience. It's one of the flamenco singing schools in Barcelona and also teaches flamenco guitar; teacher Eduardo Ibáñez, trained at the school itself, specialises in singing accompaniment.

Classes are individual or in pairs, in person and also online, for all levels, from beginners to specialisation. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:30 to 13:30 and 16:30 to 21:30, in Spanish. It offers a first free trial class, subject to availability, aimed at both those starting out and those who already play or sing.

How we check our data

The details on this page come from the school's website and public sources, checked on the date shown at the foot of the page. We don't publish prices: they change with the course, the hours and the group, and the right one is the one the school gives you when you ask. If you're the school and want to correct or add something, write to us.
